Cancellation Policy

Radio Advertising

Advertiser may cancel a broadcast advertising schedule with a minimum of thirty (30) days prior written notice. Advertiser will be responsible for fulfillment of thirty-three percent (33%) of the total original contract value if cancellation occurs after contract acceptance but prior to schedule completion. Any commercials aired prior to the effective cancellation date will be billed at the contracted rate.

Endorsements and sponsorships require a minimum six (6) month commitment and are not subject to the 33% fulfillment provision.

Iliad Media Group reserves the right to preempt or reschedule commercials based on rate considerations, inventory constraints, or operational needs. Preempted commercials may be rescheduled at Iliad Media Group’s sole discretion; make-goods are not guaranteed unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Digital Advertising

All digital advertising campaigns require a minimum initial commitment of ninety (90) days. The only exclusions to the 90-day minimum term are one-time only or seasonal events, subject to prior written approval by Iliad Media Group.

Advertiser may cancel a digital campaign after the initial 90-day period by providing thirty (30) days prior written notice. Digital campaigns will conclude at the end of the billing month following the 30-day notice period. 

Advertiser will be responsible for all charges incurred through the effective cancellation date, including third-party platform fees, production costs, and custom content development. Impression delivery may roll into the following month as necessary to complete contracted delivery.

Discrimination Policy

Iliad Media Group does not discriminate in the sale of advertising and will not accept any advertising placed with the intent to discriminate based on race, gender, or ethnicity.

Advertiser certifies that it is not purchasing advertising under this agreement for any discriminatory purpose, including, but not limited to, decisions regarding audience targeting or placement based on race, gender, national origin, or ancestry.
